We want to provide an important update regarding school tomorrow and a safety resource available for our community tonight.

School Status for Tomorrow School will be open and operating on a normal schedule tomorrow. However, please be aware that Highway 60 is currently closed. If your normal travel route relies on Highway 60, please plan extra time for your commute or use alternate routes if available. We understand that travel conditions may affect arrival times, so please prioritize safety when traveling to school tomorrow morning.

Emergency Shelter Information For community members and families who are unable to leave Magdalena tonight due to the road closure, our school facility is open as an emergency shelter. If you or someone you know needs a safe place to stay overnight, please come to the auxiliary gym located on the South side of the school.

We will continue to monitor the road conditions closely and will reach out with any further updates if anything changes. Thank you for your flexibility, cooperation, and support in keeping our community safe.
